Compensation Package and Benefits

Medical: Select the healthcare plan that suits your needs best. MLS offers flexible coverage options to ensure your health insurance requirements are met.
Healthcare Coverage: If an employee chooses our HSA plan, MLS covers 100% of their HSA premium, and we provide substantial subsidies for our PPO plan if the employee prefers that choice.
Dental: Our dental benefits encompass preventive, basic, and major services, along with coverage for adult and child orthodontia, with access to over 238,000 dental providers.
Vision: Our vision plans are designed to address overall eye health and wellness, including coverage for advanced vision correction procedures such as surgery.
Life Insurance: MLS covers term life insurance for all full-time employees, valued at 2 times their base salary, up to a maximum of $200,000.
Short-Term & Long-Term Disability Insurance: MLS covers short-term and long-term disability insurance for all full-time employees, providing income protection for short- and long-term illnesses.
401K: MLS offers a 3% company contribution to employees' 401(k) plans, regardless of the employee's contribution percentage.
