OfficerLaura.Prakash@mls-va.comLaura is a battle-tested professional with a passion for public service and proven ability to build and lead strong teams, develop subordinates, manage projects and resources effectively, deliver good customer service, and achieve outstanding results in challenging, stressful, and sometimes hostile operational environments. Laura served as a Chemical Officer in the US Army, leading soldiers in combat operations in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Laura was then selected as a Presidential Management Fellow and appointed to the National Institutes of Health where she supported the National Cancer Institute’s Center for Global Health as a public health and scientific data analyst. She has a BA from The Johns Hopkins University and an MPH from San Jose State University.

Chief Operating Officer
Tony.Smeraglinolo@mls-va.comTony is an accomplished IT Executive with almost 20 years of government contracting experience. He has a Master’s in Technology Management from Georgetown University. His technical background has been focused on infrastructure (Cloud and on-premise), agile software development, along with cyber security. Tony leads operations at MLS with a focus on growth opportunities within the IC and DoD market.
