Our Compensation Package and Benefits

Medical, Dental, and Pharmacy Benefits  Available through UnitedHealthCare (UHC). UHC offers several options for coverage to meet your specific needs. Many services are offered through their website including a help line to answer questions before seeing a doctor. Health Care Flexible Spending Account is a tax-saving opportunity for full-time employees who are eligible to make health care flexible spending account (health care FSA) contributions on a pretax basis. Employees may allocate up to $3000 a year to their FSA account.

Vision Coverage  Available through Vision Service Plan (VSP). You can check eligibility, locate network doctors, view plan details, and learn more about Laser Vision Care discounts online as member of the VSP WellVision Plan.

Paid Time Off   Two weeks paid annual vacation, 10 paid holidays, 5 paid sick days per year, and 5 paid personal days per year

401K Plan  We offer a 401K plan that includes a 3% Safe Harbor Contribution. The plan offers a variety of investment options to meet your needs for your retirement plans.

Long and Short Term Disability  Provided for all employees. You will receive basic long and short term disability up to 60% of base earnings up to $2308 per week for short term disabilities and $10,000 per month for long term disabilities.

Life and PAI  Coverage provided for all employees. You will receive basic term life and personal accident insurance (PAI) coverage equal to 1 x basic annual earnings, with a minimum of $15,000 and a maximum of $50,000.

Employee Referral Bonus  Available for all employees and 1099’s. Employee’s receive $2500 referral bonus for a W2 employee after 90 day anniversary.
